The Waipapa/Papanui-Innes Community Board will hold a public forum this Friday 10 June at 11:30am where members of the public and community groups can speak directly to the Board on issues, activities and projects relevant to the Papanui and Innes Wards. Air Cadets: open evening for Year 9 & 10 students

Papanui High Schools are usually visited by the Air Cadets at the start of the year to invite Year 9 & 10 students to an open evening. Due to the public health situation that didn’t happen, but recruitment is underway now and there’ll be an open evening next Thursday 2 June from 6:30pm. 18 May Community Board meeting outcomes

At the 18 May meeting, the Waipapa/Papanui-Innes Community Board: heard from Cultivate Christchurch regarding their red zone project; requested staff investigate speed changes for the Kāinga & Stewarts Gully areas; approved Community Service Awards; and received a report on issues and initiatives within the Board area. The Board will next meet on Friday 17 June.
