The Papanui-Innes Community Board will meet this Friday at 9am in the Papanui boardroom. This meeting is open for the public to attend. The agenda includes: the gifting to Council of the building currently being used as the St Albans Transitional Community Centre (pictured); an application to the Positive Youth Development Fund; and tree removal at Styx River Reserve (to allow native forest restoration).

The Papanui-Innes Edible Gardens Award 2018 is aimed at acknowledging and supporting individuals, schools, and communities who are actively involved in the growing of their own food, and seeks to encourage others to consider establishing a garden, either by themselves or with others.
