More than 400 submissions were made in response to proposed options for dealing with increased traffic south of Innes Rd due to the Christchurch Northern Corridor (CNC) project. There will be an opportunity for submitters to speak to the Papanui-Innes Community Board later this year, and the Council advises that there will be further consultation on each of the individual projects included in the Downstream Effects Management Plan before any work gets under way.
