The Winters Road cycle and pedestrian subway has opened! This structure has been built as part of the Christchurch Northern Corridor (CNC) project, and users of the QEII Drive shared path will now be diverted this way due to construction of the QEII Drive / CNC interchange. Members of the CNC project team were on hand at the opening, giving spot prizes to many of the first users of the subway.
