Two Community Boards have received the draft Christchurch Northern Corridor Downstream Effects Mitigation Plan, and as a next step it is on the agenda of the full Council meeting on Thursday 14 February. Both boards have recommended that Council receive the plan for staff to commence engagement with the community on the plan’s recommendations. There is a call on the St Albans News page for members of the public to attend Thursday’s Council meeting to present a petition in opposition to the proposed changes. Click through for more information.
