The Waipapa Papanui-Innes-Central Community Board will meet at 4pm on Monday 13 April 2026 in the Papanui boardroom.
The agenda includes:
- a briefing on Environment Canterbury’s public transport network review;
- proposed road names for developments at 147 Prestons Road and 7 Selkirk Place;
- upgrades to two bus stops on Main North Road (pic) and one on Marshland Road;
- a footpath connection to improve accessibility to the Ōtākaro Avon River Corridor at Medway Street;
- revised parking restrictions on Deans Avenue to improve safety and parking compliance for busses serving winter school sports;
- and an Area Report covering initiatives and issues within the Community Board area.
The meeting is open for the public to attend, and will be live-streamed on the Board’s YouTube channel and Facebook page.
