As reported in the Nor’West News, following a consultation process in 2017 over use of the land in the Cranford Basin, the City Council is negotiating with developers over construction of houses in the area. So far an agreement has been signed for the delivery of 40 houses by the end of 2020, with 370 houses expected once development is complete.
