The Hearings Panel for the Papanui-University section of Te Ara O-Rakipaoa Nor’West Arc Cycleway will meet next Monday 15 November from 9am. Members of the public wishing to attend the meeting may request to do so via an audio-visual link. The Panel will consider the 424 submissions received, and hear from submitters who wish to be heard.
