On Thursday the Christchurch City Council decided to establish peak hour bus priority lanes on Cranford Street between Innes Rd and Berwick St on a three-month trial basis. The trial will begin in February, and is intended to support the uptake of the new direct commuter bus service from Waimakariri that will travel along the Christchurch Northern Corridor motorway.
