The Council’s District Licencing Committee has received an application for a new off-licence, to operate as Bottle-O Papanui at 30 Main North Road (next door to the Rose and Thistle). Proposed hours of operation are Monday to Sunday from 10am to 10pm. See the Council’s public notice for more information, including the process for lodging objections.
