The Waipapa/Papanui-Innes Community Board will meet this Friday at 9:15am in the Papanui boardroom. The agenda includes: a briefing on a proposed change to the District Plan to rezone land adjacent to the Homebase centre on Marshland Road from residential to commercial; and proposed dates for the Board’s submissions committee to meet in October and November.
