The Christchurch City Council is consulting on a draft Integrated Water Strategy for the city and Banks Peninsula. This is a big area of spending for Council (up to $10 billion budgeted in the Long Term Plan). The consultation document runs to 50 pages, and includes a big list of strategic issues, goals, and objectives.
