Environment Canterbury (ECan) is seeking feedback on the Regional Council’s draft Annual Plan for 2019/20. Comments are invited on the overall plan, the fees & charges policy, and the revenue & financing policy. As previously reported, a total 8.9% rates increase is proposed.
