The Harewood Road Corridor Study discusses high speeds on that road, a future Major Cycle Route, the desire for signals at the Harewood/Breens/Gardiners intersection, an expectation of higher traffic on Northcote Road & Sawyers Arms Road in the future, and reduced traffic on Harewood Road (and more).
