Night work on QEII Drive

Night work on QEII Drive to install barriers on the new CNC bridge will require traffic to be stopped for up to 15 minutes at a time on Monday night 24 February and Tuesday night 25 February. On Tuesday 3 March QEII Drive will be fully closed from 9pm to 6am the next morning for a concrete pour. The shared cycle/pedestrian path will remain open. Click through for more details:

Night works at Cranford/Innes this week

There’ll be works underway at the Cranford/Innes intersection nightly from 23 February through to Friday morning 28 February, to install the new traffic signals and remove the old. On the final night (Thu 27 Feb) all the traffic lights will be out and the intersection will function as a roundabout. Click through for more details:

Agenda for 21 Feb Board meeting

The Waipapa/Papanui-Innes Community Board will meet this Friday at 9:15am in the Papanui boardroom. The agenda includes: correspondence on pedestrian safety on Marshland Road near Ouruhia School, and on traffic on Langdons Road; an easement for Orion to convey electricity over part of Rutland Reserve; four applications to the Board's Youth Development Fund; and an area report on initiatives and issues current within the Community Board area.
