This project combines the Transport Agency’s Northern Arterial (a new section of SH74 running from just south of the Waimakariri River to QEII Drive near Winters Rd) and two Christchurch City Council projects that link QEII Drive to Cranford St and four-lane Cranford St to Innes Rd.

Unconfirmed minutes from the Papanui-Innes Community Board’s 9 December meeting are available now. Decisions included: Blighs Road (extend the no passing line, request a video audit and report back in the new year); Papanui Leagues Club ($15,000 granted towards lighting in Papanui Domain); many other decisions also – see the minutes for details.
