A skate park for Papanui? At last week’s meeting, the Papanui-Innes Community Board resolved to submit a project to build a skate park in the Papanui Ward for consideration in the Long Term Plan (with a view to including additional youth recreational facilities into the consultation process). The board also: deferred consideration of an additional bus stop on Main North Road pending results of the bus priority consultation; and approved a no stopping restriction for Paparoa Street at Papanui Road. Follow the link below to read the full minutes. The board will next meet at 9am on Friday 24 November.
