Work restarts on Kmart’s Papanui store
There’s been visible progress on construction of the new Papanui Kmart store on Langdons Rd this week. No word yet on a revised reopening date – watch this space.

Main North Road Bus Priority work restarts
Work has restarted on the Main North Road Bus Priority project. The contractors advise that because of physical distancing requirements, construction work will go more slowly than usual. Ongoing physical distancing requirements will affect the project end date, but they are currently exploring ways they can speed things up, like split shifts, extra work teams and extending our hours of work.
