The Waipapa Papanui-Innes-Central Community Board will meet at 4pm on Thursday 11 December 2025.
The agenda includes:
- a declaration by incoming Board member Mike Davidson;
- public participation;
- a briefing on the Council’s northwest roadworks programme;
- decision-making on an updated design for a Shirley Community Facility at 10 Shirley Road;
- a proposed Final Stage Redevelopment Plan for Lancaster Park;
- a rolling renewal programme for community parks in the board area;
- parking improvements at the north end of Ryan Street;
- six applications to the Board’s Discretionary Response Fund;
- governance arrangements for the 2025-2028 term, including meeting days/dates;
- and an area report with an overview of initiatives and issues current within the Board area.
The meeting is open for the public to attend and will be livestreamed on the Board’s YouTube channel and Facebook page.
