On Thursday 13 February 2025, the Waipapa Papanui-Innes-Central Community Board:
- heard five public forum presentations from members of the public, including a proposal by Papanui Baptist Church to plant fruit trees in Papanui’s Craighead Reserve (pic);
- approved the renewal of Slater Street between Shirley Rd & Warden St;
- approved a grant from the Board’s Discretionary Response Fund to Aratupu Preschool and Whānau Hub;
- and received an area report on issues and initiatives within the Board area.
The Board will next meet on 13 March.
