Consultation has opened on Section 3 of the Nor’West Arc Cycleway, linking Canterbury University to Papanui via Jellie Park. From Papanui, the 4km route follows Matsons Avenue, Aorangi Road, and Ilam Road. The proposal is open for feedback until 12 October, and drop-in information sessions are planned for 20 and 23 September.
