The Waipapa/Papanui-Innes Community Board will meet this Friday 3 September at 9am. At Alert Level 3, Council Committee and Community board meetings will proceed as scheduled via video conferencing and will be either recorded or minuted and posted to the Council website as appropriate. The agenda includes: a briefing on rubbish bins at St Albans Park, in response to concerns raised at the previous Board meeting; a staff recommendation to allocate funding for six Board projects, including youth recreation events, Summer With Your Neighbours, and garden and community service awards; and an application to the Board’s Discretionary Response Fund from FC Twenty 11 Inc towards the replacement of broken football goals.
