Traffic and safety concerns on Langdons Road have been raised in comments on Think Papanui this week, and also feature on the front page of today’s Nor’West News. The Northlink development has a large amount of on-site parking, but with a high number of vehicle movements, parking on Langdons Rd has been removed to improve visibility. The final stage of the development at the back of the site cannot open until lights have been installed at the Langdons/Greers intersection, but the timing for that is unclear and Council hasn’t budgeted for the lights.
