Now online: Parenting Adventures

Parenting Adventures is now happening as an online event from November 27. Registered participants will have access to all workshops, covering topics including: Blended Families; Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing; Parenting Pre-schoolers; Parenting in a Digital Age; and more. There’s still time to register and due to the format change there is no limit on numbers. Click through for details of all the workshops and to register: https://nht.org.nz/parenting-adventures-2021/

Now happening ONLINE! What an Adventure we have been on. We had hoped to run Parenting Adventures in person this weekend but feedback was that the new date wasn’t suitable for many people. Therefore, this affected our registration numbers which are now too low to be able to run this as planned. However we will run this event ONLINE so you can listen to all our amazing speakers – in your own time.

There will be a link sent out to you this Friday 26th Nov to access the event – but you MUST be registered. There’s still time to register and we have no limit on numbers so please share this far and wide! You will also have access to all speakers, not just the ones you may have previously signed up for. https://www.eventbrite.co.nz/e/parenting-adventures-tickets-157726848249

We hope you will enjoy our quality speakers from the comfort of your own home.

Comments policy reminder

From Think Papanui’s curator Simon Britten:

One of the nice things with Think Papanui has been the positive engagement by the local community and the very low frequency that comments need to be moderated. A reminder though that insulting/offensive comments etc will be deleted and repeat offenders may be blocked from the page. Maybe there’s something in the water as the last few days have had a number of such examples across several posts. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has better things to do with a long weekend that deal with this. Here’s a photo of my wildflower meadow front garden for your enjoyment. Have a great weekend everyone. ^Simon
