People in the Papanui area are among those who stand to benefit from the Council’s proposed cycle route connection on Colombo Street south of Bealey Avenue. The new cycleway will link the end of the Papanui Parallel to the Ōtākaro Avon River. The proposal is open for feedback until 27 October.
