The Waipapa Papanui-Innes-Central Community Board will meet this Thursday 12 December at 4pm in the Papanui boardroom. The agenda includes:
- public participation;
- proposed parking and/or stopping changes for Lancaster Park (Stevens Street), Bishop Street, Virgil Place (pic), and the Beeston Place / Freebairn Street intersection;
- a proposed replacement traffic island for the Rutland/Westminster Street intersection;
- applications to the Board’s Discretionary Response Fund from the Community Focus Trust, Kiwi Indians Theatre, Shirley Rugby League Football Club, Papanui Leagues Club, and Together Diverse;
- and an area report with an overview of initiatives and issues within the Board area.
The meeting is open to the public, and will be livestreamed on the Board’s YouTube channel and Facebook page.
