At the 6 August meeting, the Waipapa/Papanui-Innes Community Board: received a presentation regarding the living wage movement; received correspondence relating to pedestrian access and rail safety in the Spring Grove area; approved 29 Strengthening Communities Fund grants, and established a Discretionary Response Fund and Youth Development Fund for the year; and approved a Discretionary Response Fund grant towards the Parenting Adventures event coming up at the McFaddens Centre.
