The Papanui/Redwood area is set to benefit from today’s announcement of infrastructure work as part of the COVID-19 recovery. The missing sections of the Northern Line cycleway have been a particular concern for the Community Board, which has highlighted safety issues with the crossing at Harewood Rd and also the missing section along the railway line between Tuckers & Sturrocks Roads – hopefully there’ll be agreement from KiwiRail to allow the work to progress.
