Survey findings: residents report low engagement with Council decision making

Wow. In a recent survey of residents, 28% of respondents felt they could participate in and contribute to Christchurch City Council decision making. This is one of a range of findings reported from the survey (and it must be noted that in many other areas the respones were far more positive).
