Last week’s extraordinary meeting of the Papanui-Innes Community Board considered proposed road layout options for aspects of the Christchurch Northern Corridor (CNC) project. The Board made some amendments to staff recommendations before passing three resolutions, although Councillor Mike Davidson and Board Chair Ali Jones voted against one of these, meaning it only passed by 3 votes to 2 votes against.
