Agenda of 12 September 2024 Community Board meeting

The Waipapa Papanui-Innes-Central Community Board will meet on Thursday 12 September in the Papanui Boardroom. The agenda includes:

public participation;
a proposed name for the reserve at 2 Burkett Street, Marshland to acknowledge the 1944 immigration of Polish children to New Zealand;
proposed road names for developments in Redwood and Marshland;
a proposed new lease for the Merivale Papanui Cricket Club at Edgar McIntosh Park;
a funding application to support the Riverlution Cafe at the Riverlution Eco Park;
a funding application from Cotswold Kidsfirst Kindergarten;
28 applications totalling $3,731 to support Summer with your Neighbours events;
and an area report with an overview of initiatives and issues within the Board area.

The meeting is open for the public to attend and will be livestreamed on the Board’s YouTube channel and Facebook page.
