The Waipapa Papanui-Innes-Central Community Board will meet this Thursday 15 August at 4pm in the Papanui boardroom.
The agenda includes:
- public participation;
- parking restrictions for North Avon Road outside Kidsfirst Kindergartens Richmond;
- 36 proposed grants totalling $201,565 from the Board’s Strengthening Communities Fund;
- proposed allocation of $27,000 to board projects including youth recreation, Summer With Your Neighbours, and Community Pride Garden Awards;
- a recommendation to contribute funding towards the replacement of community seating at St Paul’s Anglican Church;
- and an area report with an overview of initiatives and issues within the Community Board area.
The meeting will be livestreamed on the Board’s YouTube channel and Facebook page.
