Changes to Christmas/New Year rubbish collection days: in the weeks that Christmas Day and New Year’s Day fall in, the wheelie bin collection day changes for our whole city. For example, Papanui residents who normally have their bin emptied on a Friday will have it emptied on Saturday those weeks. See the Christchurch City Council website for more info:
