On Thursday 15 February, the Waipapa Papanui-Innes-Central Community Board:
- heard from Te Kura o Matarangi Northcote School about traffic & parking issues in the area;
- received deputations relating to the proposed changes to the Shirley/Hills/Warrington intersection;
- approved changes to that intersection;
- approved changes to parking on Peterborough Street;
- approved the draft South-East Neighbourhood Plan for public consultation;
- approved three grants from the Board’s Discretionary Response Fund;
- approved over $200,000 in grants from the Board’s Better-Off Fund;
- and received an area report on issues and initiatives within the Board area.
The Board will next meet on Thursday 14 March.
