Matsons Avenue will be one-way between Condell Ave and Harewood Road (with traffic flowing towards Harewood Road), until December 2026. This will provide a safe working environment for contractors upgrading the stormwater and wastewater infrastructure on Matsons Avenue and constructing the Nor’West Arc Cycleway.
Harewood Road remains open to two-way traffic, but a speed reduction is in place. Windermere Road is also due to be closed at its intersection with Matsons Ave, although when Think Papanui was on site this morning that closure wasn’t yet in place.
